Why wasn't I informed of this?!
Type O is not my standard fare, but I haven't missed one of their albums since Bloody Kisses, and have gone back and purchased their earlier releases as well. And I love them all. And I'm not fucking goth. But shit. Type O is good, droning fun. hah. I fucking love Type O.
Holy hot shit, Icehouse is a fine, fine beer.... This stuff is doing what Miller Light couldn't, Saturday night. I'm already buzzing and I've only started drinking. haw haw. And the taste doesn't offend me either. This is a righteous experience.
Heh, Zakk and Jason Newsted are together. That's bad ASS. Zakk is one of those people who you only have to say one name, but for two reasons. Reason one: There's no one else named Zakk. Reason two, and most importantly: No one can play like Zakk. Newsted is wise to join forces, Wonder-Twins style, with him. Add in Ozzy's ultraconsiderable talents and Ozzy's next album is gonna nail my balls to the god damn wall.
Kerry King should be an actor. He has the look of a legitimate tough guy -- but then again, he IS a legitimate tough guy. I have no doubt he's seen shit that would turn my eyeballs inside out, and yet I would like to see them, just to say I had seen them. But as for Kerry, he's a mean lookin' sumbitch. I respect him for not only his skills, but for his legit toughguy looks.
Fuckin Anthrax Website doesnt have any fatass T-shirts. bastards.... Which brings me to a pont. Anthrax is a stellar band. At least, the post- Joey Belladonna version is. Actually, tell the truth, the whole fuckin' thing is, but the Joey Belladonna version's got some gaps in it that are unforgivable. Just plain bad. (not saying the whole thing is bad -- classic stuff in his era, by christ) Whereas the John Bush version has been pretty much flawless. I like Anthrax... always have.. I was taught to appreciate Anthrax at an early age, back when I had first started to appreciate what true rock was, and my appreciation of Anthrax has not faltered since. Kinda like White Zombie. I STILL love all things White Zombie, although my love of allthings ROb Zombie wavers at times.
